🚗 What Was the First Car You Ever Owned?

Everyone remembers their first car — whether it was a hand-me-down, a barely-running beater, or your dream ride (at least back then!).
What was the first car you ever owned?
Tell us the story — how you got it, what you loved (or hated) about it, and if you'd ever want to own one again.

Since I started it, I'll go first.

My first car came from a local government auction — a Chevy Caprice with a Corvette engine swapped into it.
It was an absolute boat on the road, and it guzzled gas like crazy (maybe 18-19 MPG if I was lucky).

Most people thought it was an unusual choice, but back in high school, it could have been a serious move.
I had fun dusting a few Mustangs and Camaros when the opportunity arose. Definitely one of those 'you had to be there' cars.

I miss it, but from what I understand, it's still around the area. I've just never seen it.
