Been fixing up my 2022 Slate and had a fun idea. Can I put a small CRT screen in the dash to show things like battery level or temperature? I found one from an old lab monitor and thought it would look cool. Has anyone tried this before? I'm not sure how much power it needs or how to connect the signals. Just wondering if it's possible or just a fun thought!

@skaro_84 I think it's a cool idea. but the first thing you'll need to figure out is the power. those old lab CRTs usually run on AC power, so you'll need a small power inverter to convert the truck's 12V DC to 120V AC.
you'll also need to make sure the inverter can handle the CRT's power draw, which can be high during startup
