Payload vs. size what’s the trade-off?

Many of us are pondering the balance between how much gear we can carry and the size or weight of our ride. While a larger payload sounds appealing, it often comes with added bulk. What kind of trade-offs do you foresee when trying to find that sweet spot between payload and size for your Slate setup?

Yeah, I get what you mean. I had that happen when I packed way too much camping stuff. The bike was okay on flat roads but hills were a nightmare, so now I pack light.

Last time, I brought extra tools, which was cool, but the extra weight made tough trails even harder. Now unless I know I'll need them I just keep things light.

I even tried a bigger battery once. The distance was awesome, but it was hard to move around because of the size. I switched back to a smaller one to keep things balanced.
