PPF or Vinyl wraps for the slate truck

Does anyone know if the Slate wraps are going to be a proper PPF or just a standard vinyl?
Also curious if they’ve picked a supplier yet (3M, XPEL, etc.) or if they’re trying to develop something in house. What’ve you guys heard?

Been checking things out ever since Slate gave us that sneak peek. I've heard all kinds of guesses about what it is. Some say it feels like vinyl, others are saying it's like PPF. Who knows? Nothing official has dropped yet, at least that I've found.

Started wondering about this after I put a 3M wrap on my car. That stuff feels different! From what people are saying, Slate might still be trying out different suppliers. Fingers crossed they pick something that lasts.
