You’re loading up your gear, maps, and snacks, excited to hit the open road, and you can’t help but reflect on that one vehicle that made every trip feel like a walk in the park. So, which car do you think deserves the crown for your best road trip experience?

For me, it’s definitely the Honda Civic. Sure, it’s not the flashiest car out there, but it was a real workhorse. With 40mpg, it was comfy enough for long trips, and it didn’t mind getting a little dirty. It took me everywhere, and I hardly even noticed the miles piling up.

Without a doubt, my old Subaru Outback takes the cake. It feels like it was designed for road trips—lots of space, great gas mileage, and it can tackle just about anything. I could drive across the country and feel completely at ease.

Have to say, my reliable Jeep Wrangler is the winner. That beast can take on anything whether it’s a smooth highway or a bumpy trail, it always keeps the good times rolling. And let’s be honest, having snacks up on the roof was a total game changer.

nothing beats the old school Buick Roadmaster for me. it's my first car, had it like 10 years ago.the suspension is pretty soft, I can do 800 miles a day and step out feeling like you just woke up from a nap.
