Dream EV features we wish existed

I'm really into EVs, you know? The tech's cool and all but sometimes I wish it could do just a bit more. Last summer I was on this long trip, and I kept thinking, Man, wouldn't it be awesome if charging spots could, like automatically save you a space when you're headed there?

So, what EV feature are you hoping they come up with?

I've always wanted trip planning to be easier. Last spring, I was on a road trip and had to use, like, three different apps just to find charging spots. It was way too hard.

Something that would be great is faster battery pre-heating. I found out how important that is last winter when I rolled up to a charger with a freezing battery. It took forever to start charging at full speed.

I'm still hoping they make portable battery packs. A few summers ago, I didn't plan a drive very well and almost didn't make it to a charger. A small backup pack would have been a lifesaver.
