Holiday driving habits

As the holidays roll around, you might think it’s just the same old routine, but before you know it, you’re making extra trips visiting family, running errands, or even taking longer drives. Do the holidays really change how much you drive, or do you stick to your usual patterns?

One year, I told myself I wouldn't drive much in December, but with visiting family, grabbing gifts, and those quick trips to the store, I swear I almost lived in my truck. It got tiring for sure, but those drives had their moments, too like catching holiday lights on the back roads. That's what made the season special.

When my kids were little, the holidays were all about running around – shopping, school stuff, and seeing family. I know I drove a ton more then; it just became part of the holiday thing.
