Slate EV truck factory in Warsaw, IN

It looks like Slate Auto is gearing up to produce their sub-$20K electric truck in Indiana, and all signs point to the old R.R. Donnelly printing plant in Warsaw. What do you guys think about this? Based on this article I read, there are public records and aerial photos shown during their reveal that seem to confirm it. Also read that the 1.4M sq ft space could bring around 2,000 jobs once fully running. This is good news right?
