@Towmuchfun mine was a high pitched, metallic tink-tink-tink only when going over slow, rough pavement. Drove me nuts. Turns out, it was a loose bolt on the underside of the optional roof rack mount. Took 30 seconds with a wrench to fix, but a week to find! thank God I've passed that lol

I completely understand that, my truck began producing this strange chirping sound when I was driving it hard. At first, I assumed it was a belt, but it turned out to be a loose heat shield that was vibrating just the right way. It took me ages to locate the issue, but it felt oddly satisfying once I figured it out.
